All players are requested to be in McHughs at 3pm as preparations have to be made for team travelling to Kilkenny for Leinsters on the following Sunday 22nd January.

   Westmeath County Team lost their first inter-county challange match going down to Longford with a scoreline of 8-7.

Results from the Leinster Championships that took place on Sunday the 23 of January 2011

Westmeath went on to play Kildare in the 1/4 finals but were beaten 7-5 by Kildare who went on to the final after beating Carlow in the 1/2 final, in the final they were beaten by Dublin who beat Kilkenny and Laois on the way to the final.
